Patrick Raabe, Principal of Corrosion Engineering Consultants, has over 20 years of experience in cathodic protection, including surveys, troubleshooting, providing design calculations, detailed and biddable plans and specifications, as well as design-build projects for military installations throughout the United States, Japan, Guam, and Western Europe.
